Lost Your Password?

From the Home Page, Click "Password?"

Enter your email address (the one you used when you registered)

Only click "Get New Password" once, a new password is generated and emailed to you each time.

(also check spam/junk if you dont see it, If you still can't find that email anywhere, just jump on our Chat Line, and customer service will take care of it in just a few minutes.)

This is a temporary password, use it log in to your account

(It's case sensitive, so use the capital letters where you see them)

Once you've logged back in with the temporary password, click "My Account" > "Change Password" to change your temporary password into a new one that you can remember.
