RG Riley is a full service off price apparel company in business for over 80 years. We have distribution centers in California, Illinois and Virginia. All of our products can be found on the web at www.rgriley.com.

RG Riley sells prepack cases of closeouts and irregulars at deeply discounted prices.

We carry products from Hanes, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Russell, Lee and many other major makers. We specialize in T-shirts and casual wear.

Will call and pick up service are available at all of our distribution centers. Customers picking up at our Los Angeles facility must have a California resale number.

Password and username help

Please contact any of our customer service representatives to assist you with resetting your password or retrieving your username. You can also email password@rgriley.com and we will email you the information. Please make sure to include your registration name or company name. Lastly you can register as a new account and the system will automatically email you your username and you can then change your password.

Freight Quotes and Freight questions

UPS and Federal Express are still the cheapest shipping method below $200.00 for a single shipment.

Please contact Donna or Eugene or our customer service personnel for a freight quote where the cost of shipping exceeds $200.00 per shipment. In some cases we can save you 25%.

You will need to have the number of cases and the weights for each warehouse.

If you are placing an order on the web please select XSI as the carrier and enter Freight quote in the comments section. We will bid the shipment out over the internet and invoice you at the cheapest rate.

Shipping

Most web orders are shipped the same day. Should you require an extended ship date please enter a ship date in the comment section. Ship dates greater than 7 days from the order date will be canceled. Should you have a question about an order please contact customer service. We require a ship to address within the United States for all orders. This can be a freight forwarder, trucking company or UPS store.

Merchandise returns and merchandise problems

Payment methods

RG Riley accepts Visa and MasterCard as well as company checks, cash and wire transfers. Credit may be obtained for approved customers after 6 months of transaction history.

Email Policy

RG Riley sends out a weekly email advertising our current specials. You may opt out of any mass email by clicking on the opt out link at the bottom of any commercial email.

RG Riley also sends order confirmations and shipping confirmations on all orders. If you do not receive order confirmations or shipping confirmations please email sales@rgriley.com with your up to date email address and we will correct our records.

Web Discounts

RG Riley issues a 1.5% discount on all original web orders.

Additional tier discounts are built into our system. The tier discounts apply to the number of cases purchased by color and style. Placing an order in 5 case increments per style and color will reduce the purchase price by 4% per case and orders placed in 40 cases per style and color will reduce the purchase price by 6% per case.

Packing details

Packing details are available on most styles we carry. You can view the packing detail "pdf" by clicking on the packing details link located on the quick order screen or the online catalog feature details page.

Actual customer pricing can only be seen on the quick order screen. Clicking on any of the case prices on the quick order screen will display piece cost.
